Thanks for asking |
If you hadn't already guessed after seeing the front page, I am a singer-songwriter. I also play the guitar. So, who the heck am I you may ask. Thanks for asking. There are anywhere from dozens to possibly thousands of people playing their songs in New York City. Didya think that I was just another one of them? I suppose I am, but that's up to you, the fan, to decide. Check out my songs page to hear a few of them. I started playing live about 3 years ago in Brooklyn, NY. Living here my entire life, I started playing a long time ago and basically kept my insanity to myself; that is until I discovered the open mike scene on Smith Street. From there, I branched out to other parts of Brooklyn as well as Manhattan, having recently played at the Singer-Songwriter Sessions at CBGB's Lounge. My vast catalog of songs include tales of meeting girls who are just as into the female gender as I am, to opera singers succombing to food poisoning. Some of my songs are serious and somewhat autobiographical, others are not. Personal expression and the art of creation are in a battling odds here. |
